Gigliola Cinquetti (born 20 December 1947 in Verona, Italy) is an Italian Pop singer.

At the age of 16 she won the San Remo Music Festival in 1964 singing “Non ho l’età” (I’m not old enough), with music composed by Nicola Salerno and lyrics by Mario Panzeri. Her victory enabled her to represent Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest 1964 with the same song, and she went on to claim her country’s first-ever victory in the event and achieve the first UK Top 20 hit with a non-English-language Eurovision song. In 1966, she recorded “Dio, come ti amo” (God, how I love you), which became a world-wide hit. In 1974, she returned to the contest, again representing Italy, and finished second behind Sweden’s ABBA with the song “Sì” (Yes), the music and lyrics of which were written by Mario Panzeri, Daniele Pace, Lorenzo Pilat, and Carrado Conti. When translated into English as “Go”, this song reached the UK Top 10.

Gigliola went on to co-host the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 with Toto Cutugno, who had brought the event to Italy with his victory in Zagreb the previous year - the country’s first win in the contest since her own twenty-six years earlier. Her latest album release was in 1995: “Giovane vecchio cuore”.

Don Backy, real name — Aldo Caponi, (born in Santa Croce sull'Arno, 21 August 1939) is an Italian singer and author. He collaborated with Sofia Rotaru for "Grey Bird" - Ukrainian version of Italian song "L'immensità".

Gigliola Cinquetti's "I Grandi Successi (The Greatest Hits)" is a nice collection of songs performed by the Italian pop singer over the years. It consists of twenty four songs in two CDs and comes with three well-known hits - "Non ho l'età (I'm not old enough)", "Dio, come ti amo (God, how I love you), and "Si (Yes)"

"Non ho l'età" was the song that launched the career of the renowned Italian singer, who, at the age of sixteen, won the first place in the 1964 Eurovision Song Contest at the Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen, Denmark with it. The song became an international hit and placed no. 1 on the Italy Musica e Dischi and 17 on the UK Singles charts. "Non ho l'età" was composed by Mario Panzeri and the lyrics written by Nicola Salerno in Italian. Gigliola Cinquetti also recorded an English version of the song titled "This is My Prayer", but it is the Italian lyrics in Non ho l'età that bring out the beauty of the song.

"Dio, come ti amo" was recorded in 1966 and placed no. 1 on the Italy Musica e Dischi chart.
